【华佗迎新组】日常工作手册（入组必读）2022.5.1更新！

【迎新组任务】
1.每个月基础任务：迎新或回应求助、暖帖或回应求助10条（做到一个新人报到帖至少有一人迎新）；（注意：当月有特殊情况无法完成任务的需私聊组长请假）
2.组员迎新暖帖尽量在主题帖发布3天以内，请尽量当天回复，只可汇总当月主题帖（上月月底的帖可酌情）
3.迎新组成员迎新时，字数需满15字，可以套用迎新模板（迎新模板可私聊组长获取）；暖帖和回复求助无字数要求，但不可无意义顶帖；
4.迎新回复时注重与新人的沟通交流及引导，根据会员的报道内容给以解答、支持和鼓励，积极引导新会员熟悉论坛并能积极参与论坛的活动；
5.无论是迎新、暖贴或回应求助，一帖只计入一次回复。给自己暖帖不算。暖帖需要60楼以内的回复才可计入。

【组内等级明细】2022.5.5更新

1.良侍
达成要求：完成迎新组实习任务（有效回复10条），次月即可晋升为良侍。
待遇：基本工资15肥皂。回复10条以上计入绩效，迎新每条1肥皂*迎新质量系数，暖帖和回应求助每条1肥皂。单项60条封顶。

2.惠人
达成要求：良侍连续完成2个月迎新任务或共计完成4个月任务，次月即可晋升为惠人。
待遇：基本工资25肥皂。回复10条以上计入绩效，迎新每条1肥皂*迎新质量系数，暖帖和回应求助每条1肥皂。单项60条封顶。

3.御侍
达成要求：惠人连续完成4个月迎新任务或共计完成6个月任务，次月即可晋升为御侍。
待遇：基本工资40肥皂。回复10条以上计入绩效，迎新每条1肥皂*迎新质量系数，暖帖和回应求助每条1肥皂。单项60条封顶。

4.宫令
达成要求：御侍连续完成6个月迎新任务或共计完成9个月任务，次月即可晋升为御侍。
待遇：基本工资60肥皂。回复10条以上计入绩效，迎新每条1肥皂*迎新质量系数，暖帖和回应求助每条1肥皂。单项60条封顶。

5.灌水交流（包括新人报到子版）版主
达成要求：每半年评比小组中完成工作优秀者，晋升为迎新组管理及灌水版版主，享版主头衔、勋章及工资福利。
待遇：除版主正常工资+奖金外，额外按照宫令等级及完成度进行提成。
版主考勤要求：
1、新生报到处评分。

2、对于新帖子进行暖帖，不出现0回复的主题帖。
3、删除水帖，将与模拟人生相关的帖子移动至对应版块。

4、将新人报到帖移动到报到子版块。
5、每月至少在新人报到子版迎新20次以上并对帖子进行评分（有相应提成可领）。
6、每个月须举办一次版块活动，从6月起开始每个月轮值一位版主负责月活动，形式、内容可以简单一点。
7、每月发布至少2个主题帖。
8、在“论坛管理”后台内定期处理举报和维护版面。

注：请假最多可连请三个月，超过三个月依次往下降级，版主考勤连续三个月不达标降级为宫令。

【工资一览】2022.5.5更新
1、各组别结算公式
实习：无基本工资，迎新数*质量系数+暖帖数+回应求助数+晋升奖金15+评优奖金
良侍：15+迎新数*质量系数+暖帖数+回应求助数-10+晋升奖金25+评优奖金
惠人：25+迎新数*质量系数+暖帖数+回应求助数-10+晋升奖金40+评优奖金
御侍：40+迎新数*质量系数+暖帖数+回应求助数-10+晋升奖金60+评优奖金
宫令：60+迎新数*质量系数+暖帖数+回应求助数-10+晋升奖金100+评优奖金
版主：100+迎新数*质量系数+暖帖数+回应求助数-10+评优奖金

2、迎新质量考核包括：迎新词重复度、热情度及是否帮助新人等。
影响工资系数：1星0.8系数，2星1系数，3星1.1系数，4星1.3系数，5星1.5系数。
注：使用迎新模板质量考核评分1~4星，不使用迎新模板质量考核评分2~5星。

3.每月颁布全勤奖、迎新之星和助人之星三个奖项。
全勤奖评奖要求：当月迎新数、暖帖数或回应求助数任意一项达到封顶60条，即可获得25肥皂奖励！三项可同时获得！
迎新之星评奖要求：当月迎新数每超过100条即可评为迎新之星，即可获得5菊花奖励！
助人之星评奖要求：当月回应求助数每超过100条即可评为助人之星，即可获得5菊花奖励！
