I built a Summer Palace for my Dowager Empress Ku. This is the same Dowager Empress we see in earlier posts visiting the tomb of her husband the late Emperor Hongyan. Currently her son is the the Emperor of my Dynasty, however he is still a child so Dowager Empress Ku hold all the power.
